Hello, I am also new to this site. I just bought the Diamond 9000 HD and NOW KNOW that I made a very bad choise. No Support. Save your money and buy something better from the big makes that always have SUPPORT. You get what you pay for and cheap is cheap for a reason. NO SUPPORT.
