The double-click was to run the Loader program. If you are already running the Loader, what you have to do is Open the bin file in the Loader. Click the Folder icon to the right of the File line area. Then find and click on the bin file you wish to load to the receiver. Then click the Start button on the lower left. Be sure all files you download from here have been unzipped first (right-click files from Windows Explorer and select Extract Here). If you see the up and down blue and red arrow icon, that is the Loader program icon that you double-clcik to run in Windows Explorer.
