Re: Sonicview 360 premiere no signal losing channels missing satellite etc.

I did a factory reset following the directions. All the sats are in the correct ports. i followed the wires back to the switch as well as checked them through the sub receiver (the DN model 1000 receiver).

All the wiring is securely connected and in great condition (all the equipment is only 3 months old).

i scanned the channels on 110 and 119. when i scanned 119 when it was done scanning it said end at the top right corner. when i scanned 110 it said failed at the top right corner after it was done scanning for channels.

above the graph it still only says echostar 119 regardless of whether i am setting up 119 or 110. when i am setting up 110 shouldnt it say 110?

I am receiving some channels however not that many maybe about 150 or so. 1-3 ppv and maybe 10-15 premium.

i would just like to thank you all once again for your help and support but i am still not able to figure this thing out.
