The server is actually bouncing back and forth between these 2 IPs. If you find the server is down it sometimes works to switch DNS - "No" and to the enter the other IP. I am on the .89 one right now because the DNS - "Yes" setting wasn't working (it was resolving the .115 IP). Just a heads up.
