Oh wait, maybe that was an XP file.....duh. I'll find you the right file and i'll pm you the link.

Edit: No that's not it they're all the same. You have a white file that says tor but isn't the .exe have you tried double clicking it anyway? and there's nothing in Program files/Tor?

I PM'd you a link for a different bundle.
