The model is BSC421, its impedance is 75 ohm according the spec.
I don know if my readings are correct that is .22Mohms .

My question is: Do my readings are normal or I will must read 75ohms?

It sounds like you're trying to measure the impedance of the output on the LNB with a common Volt/Ohm meter. If this is the case... you will not see 75 ohms but probably something on the order of 16 to 20 thousand ohms. This will not really tell you much. If you discover that you do see anything even close to 75 ohms this would indicate a faulty device. If you see a completely open circuit this is also not a good sign.
