The Captains have gone and no one can help
Should I buy another receiver that is easier to work with? Its been 4 weeks without a new bin and everyone is waiting. What shouold I do. Help

Hi, I had the Captain8000 and I got so tired of such bad support from that Company that I tried to sell it on Ebay and i couldn't even get $1.00 dollar for it so I gave it to my Brother .
I test several units and so far I found the Viewsat Ultra 2000 the best which withstood the last 3 ECM hits and no problems at all .

Personally if I was you, I would wait on purchasing any expensive unit and get a Viewsat Ultra 2000 and after they break Nagra3 then buy a HD unit !
This site offers deals on that unit with a $5.00 dollar discount on the unit, and believe me you won't be dissatisfied because I am really impressed with this unit's support and durability.
