captiveworks 800
my cw800 is acting really erratic i have the same settings as my viewsat ultra 2000 but some channels have very poor quality or no pic at all i did put the latest bin and tried a factory default .i do have some though with good quality not much but some. is this due to n3 , or maybe trouble on my end?

Can you tell me what the Signal and Quality meters are reading on any channel on both receivers. The meters will usually tell you everything if you have a poor cable connection or a dish that is slightly misaligned.

switched boxes and having trouble with the viewsat now i think its my line although still getting some scrambled channels on my cw800

hi sammypepe I thing we are in the same boat .dn is working fine for me but B3v is out.I thing we have to wait until everything is sorted out with negras 3 or n3 .
