Did the fail happen when you tried to load the file to the receiver?

Here is some info I found out.
C&P "I'm not sure what the error means but I got this 3 times last night when flashing my receiver so I took the USB drive out and flicked the reboot switch on the back and then when it came back on I put the usb thumbdrive back in and it let me flash it which all is working fine now."
