FTA Question new vs old bin files

I know I need to load 1.93 for my CW 800s first, but after that is the newest bin designed to fix all the bugs from that file to present. I noticed there is a bin to fix some problems that is in between 1.93 and the latest. I was just wondering???

Re: new vs old bin files

Yes, load the factory bin 1.03

Factory_CW800SV1.03_2009_02_22(1)_down

Release notes:
New Factory File to match new file structure after bin 1.93. Use this Factory file from now on for old and new boxes. Older Factory files will only cause problems as it has old file structure.

Hi Help and welcome to the site, your request for help has probably gone unnoticed because you have posted in someone elses thread, which is to do with another matter other than your query. You would be better starting your own thread in the help section for your receiver. Click on the new thread button on the top left and post away. Good luck.

After you load the software, you have to setup satellites and scan channels. Read in your receiver help section for instructions. If you have trouble figuring this part out, click on a New Thread button and ask for help in your receiver section. Refresh your page every 10 minutes or so, and someone will usually have responded to your question.

We are still waiting. Patience. I've seen it take from a few short hours to a day or so.

Otherwise if you have your channel info saved in "User channel list" just go there and "Load" the one you had saved, worked for me
