I'm new in this forum :-)
I want to know how to put the keys manually , the autoroll is ON , but no channels :-(
is there a key to press in the remote to see if the keys are rolling???

Turn OFF autoroll when you put the keys manually.

C/p

*Go to... MENU > ACCESSORIES > KEY MENU
*Hit the left arrow once to get to NAGRA 2.
*choose the key you want to edit (either DN or b*v) and hit the edit button shown on screen.
*Once in the main Key menu scroll left and down until you see this: 00_0901 for b*v or 00_0101 for DN. Scroll to the provider and Key string you wish to edit and select "edit key"
right arrow to the key string and use the remote number pad along with the arrows to select the letters (on left hand side of screen) to change values. When finished, use the arrows to select "OK" and hit "OK" on remote. Repeat this for all lines needing updates.
*To turn off auto roll do this on remote...
MENU > SYSTEM SETTINGS > OSD all the way at the bottom change AUTO ROLL to OFF.

Hallo and a warm welcome to the site.

You will certainly receive a lot of help on here for any fta query you may have. Also if you cant get access during the very busy periods when everyone is waiting for bin files you may decide to donating something to overcome this. if you have to manually load keys, something is wrong. tell us what type of dish you have, your antenna settings, your S and Q readings and what sat your pointed at.

Why are you trying to put in keys manually? There's a new file in the files section.

The Captiveworks files just had some trouble yesterday.

All the Captiveworks owners had to do was power Off from the back power switch and then back On after 5 seconds to get them running again. You may also have to wait like 10 to 20 minutes for the picture to return.

I just install the las bin file ... and WORK !!!!!!! :-)
