cw 800s down
Since last night the only channels I can get that are unscambled are 100 and 101. My brother and sister both have the same receiver and they are both up and running. Any ideas? I rebooted the box. Reloaded the newest bin and still no luck.

Hi, Make sure you do a Factory default 3 times then install the Factory bin file and the latest bin file and reset all settings >antenna settings, time settings ,location settings and make sure SID is set to on and make sure you activate the Patch to enable the picture .
Wait for autoroll to process and picture will come in! P.S.--How do you like my Picture? |

I did the factory bin after the factory default then the new bin and all is well. It seems to take quite some time for the codes to roll but I'm watching movies again so I'm a happy camper. Sorry to be so slow getting back to you but I'm trying to get things together for my vacation tomorrow. Anyway thanks so much and a belated HAPPY EASTER!

I came to post my success, but the Captain has explained what I did on my own, except I did not do any defaults. I failed since two weeks ago and had no tv since. I believe the Factory file did not load through the serial connection, because this time by usb, I notice it revert versions. I even regained EPG.
