BLACKOUT NIGHT
I just received an E-mail from one of my friends and it says we just went in to a BLACKOUT. This is the holocaust, it looks like N3 already started and finished the movement of all channels. As far as Isee it I will have to put a cheap antenna, and start watching the locals .

Re: BLACKOUT NIGHT
Sure it is. He means DTV, like a "rabbit ears" antenna. Free to air terrestrial broadcast.

Re: BLACKOUT NIGHT
I'm sad now I have to go back to watching basic cable tv.
For some reason the entire neiborhood gets 13 free channels with out having subscribed to cable tv. |

Re: BLACKOUT NIGHT
Yea I got a sv360e.
Do you think the ihub will be the ony nag3 fix for it? I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the Ihub will be useless when the n3 fix comes out. |

Re: BLACKOUT NIGHT
That's not completely true the iHub will cost you less than a sub with all the channels you get with it would for a month (on BEV anyway). And once there is a cardless fix it will keep the receiver up longer and get it back up quicker when it does go down. Ultimately it's your choice though. I was just saying that it would cost you less than a Kbox and a Khub.

Re: BLACKOUT NIGHT
Yeah man, I like it a lot. Almost all non-ppv channels are up on BEV. If you have your dish pointed at DN you won't get as much but SV is on the case. There'll be more soon.

Re: BLACKOUT NIGHT
There was one rumour about select users (admins/mods on other sites) getting to test out beta N3 Viewsat files but I haven't heard anything new on it and it'll likely be at least a few weeks 'til any sort or public release.
Have a look here: Viewsat To Make Announcement Of A New [Beta Files] For N3 Today |
