I am hooked on BOOT and dont know wath to do, I already turn the reciber off, take the coaxil out, and nothing.

Please help me

Use the Null cable which came with the box and download the factory file.

You will need the Loader and the Factory file to fix it.

Check in the CW800 file section to find it.

are you using a usb to rs232 cable converter ? couse if that's the case the loader wont load the factory software it has to be a str8 computer rs232 cable to stb hook up or it wont work
