2.28 was telefonica only...cw keeps its bins in numerical order whether telefonica or not

sounds like they should try the 2.27 bin for cw800.remember trial and error...you can always go back to the latest bin if nothing works.if you have zero channels i'd take a shot for some.i haven't had time to try this one myself. Woodcreeker, Adminmk, Boboisno1, any input for this.....?
