Problem avoidance in setting up a CW800S

I have read many posting concerning weak signal in almost every site I have visited. It is a never ending problem for many new CW800S owners, Here is a few tips to reduce frustrations based on my own experience.

1. Never hook up a second receiver to the LNB loop out port.
2. Poor grounding can also cause weak signal.
3. Turn off AUTO TP if you have a lot of missing channels. Channels will become missing as soon as you scan them.
4. If you have problem saving your antenna settings, it is probably cause by the LNB. DPRO lnbs have a lot troubles with the CW800S. I had to swap out mine to get it to save.
