remote control
Hey folks im in need of a little help. My remote control is frozen it just wont work.Red light comes on but it wont change channels or volume or anything.I have it progamed to operate my Tv and my cw altime box.Oh i have tryed to change batteries but still nothing anyone know why?

well i tryed that and nothing happened does that mean the remote that i bought 3 weeks ago with my receiver is screwed, because that would suck.If thats the case any idea what universal remote would work with cw altima

It's not a 100% guarantee that it's gone. I have my doubts but put the batteries in backwards for a min or two and see if that brings it back.

It's fairly rare for one to fail so soon. Do you have a warranty? You might also check for a stuck button. Hit ever button on the control a few times and try again. Doing the battery trick listed above might also work for you.
