help: how could i get channels back
im kind of new to this and i have been loosing some channels i heard from the guy that sold me the box that there is one way of getting them back for example the ppv channels could you guys help me with this or is there no way of getting them back please any help is appreciated.

There's 2 ways you can do this. The first is to get a True FTA dish and LNB setup and point your dish at one of the many great FTA sats out there (123W, 129W). However, programming on these is limited, but it is an option.
The other option is to wait a few weeks for CNX to release their new dongle solution for the Mini. What this is, is essentially a way to connect your STB to the internet to receive keys to decode the signal. When will it be released? Noone knows yet but they have already released the dongle for the Nano so it shouldn't be too long. |

It's a device that plugs into the serial port of your STB and an Ethernet cable plugs into that to connect to the internet. Nothing too complicated.
