If you're using the dongle you should be able to get some channels that are available if the server is up so basically no it doesn't matter about nag3. Only all the channels that were available before aren't now but cnx has a lot for now.

Is the mini with dongle up.....I have had mine since friday and all I get is scrambled......I have read that some are working...so I am looking for a definitive yes its up or no its down....is it my dongle,the server .....
