Quality Meter at Zero

Hooking up CNX Nano for 1st time, with D@sh 500; I am not getting any channels not sure if dish is aligned right. I am confident I installed files correctly setup sat's right in the menu. I am getting strength above 75 on echos but "QUALITY" meter is at bottom 0.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Re: Quality Meter at Zero

Q is the signal strength, so you either don't have the dish aligned properly or you have something wrong in your antenna settings, i.e lnb type, ports etc. If you post your antenna settings and the sats your pointing at we can tell you if you have them set right.
