FTA Follow CS 8100 Help
hi
I have CS8100 recever last couple of month not been used so I hooked it up but does not detect any satellite, there is no signal.
CS 5000 and DN recever have the signal and 97 pct quality. CS 8100 has no signal. please please help me.

Re: CS 8100 Help
The Q reading is the signal strength, the S reading is the connection from the receiver to the LNB. Make sure the 8100 has the same lnb type, switches etc that you have in the 5000. P.S that receiver will only get true fta sats that use a linear lnb.

The only thing I can think of them is to make sure you put the sat in cable into the correct spot on the 8100 and not antenna in.
