Hello I have a viewsat ultra lite, and I get the sat 119 but I have two lbn in my dish and I want to know how to get the 110. I'm in managua, Nicaragua.

What size dish are you using ? may need to go larger.

Wow, are you way down South. What I would do if I were you is look around your area and see if anyone is getting satellite reception. Look for dishes that are setup. I would say your dish is not large enough, but, there is no way for me to know for sure.

Maybe Ladybbird can share what size dish she uses, since she is way down South there, also, in the Dominican Republic somewhere. Hopefully she sees this. If it works for her, it should work for you. You may see the satellite signal get lost in the late evenings, as if you get a signal during the day, you will lose the signal at night, due to the earth's wobble. Those "blackout" periods are normal. This happens to people that far South.

There is no one, near by me, with that kind of dish, everyone around me has sky's dishes and they're small ones.

Im here WC, sorry I missed this before. Yes Sin you will need a huge dish, I have a 6ft one but you need to know what you are doing with it to pick up the signal, It has to be positionned right and facing in the correct way to allow for all our tropical storms etc. My German guru here knows his stuff and even sometimes when its raining I still get a signal.

Im in Puerto Rico I say get a channel master 1.8 meter offset dish and set it up next to 110 the tirck is to get the rigth elevation level wile moving the dish from left to rigth , rigth to left to find the signal and tweek the dish

If you are getting 119W, its a good chance you will get 110W. Your
dish will need a skew adjustment.

If you are using a twin or quad LNB with built in switch, it is only to
rotate the dish (like a steering wheel) until you get 110W signal. Be
sure to mark the 119W on the mast with a marker in case you loose
119W antenna orientation in the process.

If you are using two single or dual LNB then you need a switch.

(Not sure what u meant by two LNB, if two separate or if u see
two eyes on a twin or quad)

In any case you will need to goto antenna settings and set up 110W
using TP freq 12224 and port 2 in the case of twin or quad LNB and
whatever physical port u used on the switch, if using separate LNB.

Port setting on 119W is 1 if using the twin or quad LNB and whatever
physical port u used on the switch, if using separate LNB.
