How to measure angle, direction and skew???

To all the satellite know how people:
I have all the hareware and software to start my FTA enjoying life BUT I do not know how and where to measure so that I could have my disk up and receiving signal.

Here is what I have:
Hardware:
- 1 Coolsat 5000 receiver w/ remote control and serial cable
- 1 Sonicview 1000 receiver w/ remote control and serial cable
- 1 Viewsat 9000 HD receiver w/remote control and serial cable + 2GB USB memory stick

- 1 MultiStart 90'' dish with a bar to mount multiple LNBs
- 1 Ku Band LNBF single in/output ports
- 4 C Band LNBFs single in double output ports
- 3 1x4 Pansat s switches
- 2 1x4 signal spliter

- Aim Fast Sat Finder Meter
- Satellite Finder Tool FTA Signal Meter and Compass
- PPC VT300 Compression tool cable/satellite crimper tool
- Digital Military-like Compass
- Digital Satellite signal testing tool
- 1000ft Coax premium cable, 20 gold plated connection heads

Software:
- Coolsat 5000 Loader, Factory bin and latest bin available on aaafta
- Sonicview 1000 Loader, Factory bin and latest bin available on aaafta
- Viewsat 9000 HD loader, Factory bin and latest bin available on aaafta
- Key update software

URL and documents:
- lyngsat.com
- aaafta.com

Here is what I have done:
- found the direction according to my town to install securely the pole and vertical it along the house wall. Vertical measure 90 degree sharp.
- Mount the disk on to the pole, mount a single Ku Band LNBF point right into the middle of the disk.
- Connect the output port of the LNBF to the input port of the Coolsat 5000 receiver and connect the output port of the receiver to the in port of the tv.
- Setup the LNBF to Telsat5 97W Universal ,port 3, 22Khz On, Network search On.

Here is the result:
- The setup screen of the receiver shown Telsat5 97W signal strength 60, quality 0

- My question is how, where I should place the angle measurement tool to measure the angle so that I will adjust the disk to the angle it suppose to for Telsat5 97W??
- Moreover, for sat EchoStar 110W and 119W nstall on the bar how could I adjust the angle so that all the satellites work (because according the document on lyngsat.com each of them have a different angle, skew, etc.)

PLEASE HELP ME OUT
HAPPY HOLIDAY!!!

Re: How to measure angle, direction and skew???

the angle finder goes on the side of the movable part base that joins the tripod with the dish remember azimuth stands for the left to right and right to left movement elevation stand's for the up and down movement of the dish , remember to check the skew angle for the lnb you are using . oh b4 I forget you have to put your box to the instalation section where the signal meter for the satelite signal strength runs at in order to make sure that the reading you get on the view finder is acurate
