Ladybird, where can I learn more about amazona? Can it be tuned using the d500 dish I have and vs ultralite? I also have a dtv dish and lnb that has not been in use forever. My wife is about to go nuts without judge judy.LOL

Ladybbird, verify the info you are giving because that footprint may be for the C-band, not Ku band like DN. Footprint to south america is for Ku band and is different from the one you gave. Programing is also different.

FTA (free to air) means non encrypted. You're 360 can get them if you point a dish at the right sat. The one piece of equipment you'll need is a linear LNB. I opted to motorize a dish last week to do more testing than I could with my circular LNBs and two dishes.

You can google the following equipment pieces and use your 360 instead of my 8000. I think I invested a total of $200 for the new motorized dish system. The LNB listed below is great because it is sensitive and is both linear and circular. Linear is Ku and Circular is C band. Most providers are on circular and are encrypted. Alot of Ku is non encrypted.

Invacom QPH-031
