Fortec Clone stuck on "ON"
My Fortec clone reciever is stuck on "ON", and will not go to the channels. It goes through its regular P-U-F-F routine twice, but the pause on the last "F" is close to 30 seconds. Then the reciever displays -75- and then ON. Before it would only show ON for a second or two before going to the channels, and never showed -75-. Can anyone explain what is going on and how to fix this problem.

Sounds like the channels are gone. This has been happening.
Write down your Antenna Settings first. Do the Factory Setting from the menu with the remote. Read This and use Blind Scan --> New Bin File Pansat 201 Full EMU - Problems Solved 2700A 2700E 2700 2500A 2500 Turn Off receiver from the back in between each blind scan you do on each satellite. That way the receiver will retain each scan. I guess there is a problem with the PUFF conversions of the new Full EMU bin files keeping channels. Hope This Helps !!
