Signal is the connection between the stb and dish. Quality is the strength of the received signal. (confusing I know) If you have no or zero quality then you may to realign your dish.

my father allways gives to a person and that person puts the file so i dont know but that person put two times the file but it did not work at all

Some of the channel you have here are not on 61.5,they are on 119w so I don't know where you are getting it.

Well,I said it maybe your dish has moved a little bit that's why you have loose the Signal and Quality.

Have you checked it?
