June 2, 2009 - More News Regarding the N3 Switch and FTA file releases for your receiver.
As you’ve probably already noticed most of your channels are starting to be moved over to the new cards called Nagra3. If you are looking for the new N3 files and fixes to get your channels back up and running you will need to be very patient. News is working extremely hard to get you (our members) some good news but right now we can’t make any promises. It’s been extremely rewarding helping all our 25,000 members with their FTA receivers for over 4 years now and we will continue to keep our FTA forums active with discussions and news related to getting new FTA files for you. We will continue to have all the latest information, instructions, and support for TRUE FTA which is completely legal and simple to do except doesn’t offer nearly as many channels. I will personally re-aim my dish and start enjoying some “true FTA” satellite TV channels and statiions.
All boxes are missing the same channels for now. Kbox has internationals and porn channels up, but still missing all other channels, Nfusion is thought to have all N3 channels open, but will not release them until DN makes the full switch to N3, Coolsat is down, an I do not think we will see any more files from them!!! The way it looks to me, Infusion will be first to have N3 channels open, an then Kbox, an maybe sonicview with the new Ihub they have, but no software at this time for it.
