It is stated that N3 has been dumped on 22/07/09 and a card hack is being used and worked on. This only means that it will be coming our way to North America for FTA units soon.


"It is known that there is a card hack, but at this time they are unable to put a blocker on the card.. something to do with code space. So, the word is that they are running it on the Amulator because you dont need a blocker for that. If they run it on a real 241 card, charlie can blast it to smithereens. Even some jackass claiming to be the provider has said it is hacked, just not in a commercially viable way. Meaning.. can't mass produce it for plastic without the plastic sitting like a lame duck and getting hit due to no blocker. That's why Dark Angel is making some sort of AVR board..

The hack(N3) does exist but privately so therefore it doesn't matter how many people ask for proof of it's existance as it'll never come to light till my guess it's fully been whored out for all it's money underground. And even then I don't fully forsee it coming out publicly without it being leaked out by some hereo out there.

Same thing happened with the s0x hack, we all know it was being done via some person or group out in Mexico and once it finally ran it's course to the point of it being pratically useless it was released publicly and not by the original coders them self from what I understood.

In any event it does exist but doubt anyone will ever answer the cries of "prove it""

But there's more ways to skin a cat then one and who ever said we needed to write blockers to the CARDS them self to protect them... I'm sure there are other ways of going about it if you take the time and think about it more."

Finally Good news for N3
I reported last week that on of the smaller box have a fix for N3 and now I head from reliable source they are currently is negotiating with one the bigger name for a the release .

I saw a thread regarding N4 , that will not happen , Inside Charlie boad rooms , the cost of security is becoming a big concern, as one of them put it , we do not want to become DTV, where all the revenues went toward security not programming and they never recover from that .

Honestly....we all need to take these as what they are "rumors". No matter how reliable the source is all we can do is wait and "Hope" I think hope is the key word here. I dont know about you but when i see any uplifting news regarding a possible fix for N3 it does keep me hopefull.

I think it's funny that these keep popping up as new confirmations. Rumor section is a good place for them until the proof is in hand. They do keep life interesting.
