They're making it appear to be something else and not the rumor it's based on.


In other words, this rumor (though that site does have it posted as stated) is based on another (earlier) rumor.

It is just a play on words (a misrepresentation) of the earlier rumor that I referenced in my previous post. What that website posted on their site, was based on that rumor.

As, to believing the date of release, the original rumor has yet to be substantiated with supporting evidence other than a PDF (or in my case I have obtained a picture of that PDF).

He was forwarding this information to others in the FTA community in a post on another site, from a source that he trusted (based on their dealings in the past).

And, the original site that this information came from, not the current site that has caught everybody's attention. But, the site that manufactured and came up with this 'Release Date' is currently down. Why? They're an offshore site (outside of the USA). This site will supposedly be popping back up and be on-line on the 22nd of October with a 'Release'.

And, the site with this posted:
*** UPDATE ***
REPORTED FIX TO BE RELEASED 10-22-09
will get the 'FIX' from the site that popped back on-line on that date and have it available on their site.

So, this site that is coming back on-line on October 22nd, seems alot like those "PAY" sites that are advertising Nagra 3 Fixes "Available" while no N3 fixes are available to date.

(But, my statement of no N3 fixes are available to date, is not quite correct, according to court documents earlier this year, there were statements attesting and alluding to 'TWO' N3 fixes. But, that is another story.)

Having said all of that, you can come to your own conclusions as to why a site would have up on their website this:

Which is based on a rumor.


Look at the word REPORTED. As in, there is a report of a fix to be released on October 22, 2009, check out that 'Earlier Rumor' and see what it says.

i read this several times and it is apparant that AZA is an attorney from the maanner in which he writes.

i think there will not be a relase since how can you peg a date of an exact release? it would not be a solid day but maybe a time frame.

Your welcome I just try to keep this site up to speed with what i find may be going on in the FTA comunitee regarding a possible N3 fix.

As far as any truth to any rumors who knows thats why they are Rumors, Not facts.

We all just need to sit back and wait but im almost certain 10/22/09 will come and go with no "N3" FIX @ ALL.

but we can all still hope for the best!!
