Thanks Ladybird, I'll have to look up this entire Addendum. I saw the original Zeitgeist about a year or two ago. In the other Zeitgeist thread you mentioned not wanting to offend people in the US. There are some of us here with our eyes open to what's going on. I am meeting more and more people who are breaking free from the brainwashing we receive from birth (not just in the US, but everywhere). About 4-5 years ago, before his death, I had the priviledge of meeting Aaron Russo at a screening of his movie, America: Freedom to Fascism. Mr. Russo was one of the first to expose a lot of these issues and confront many of the establishment. America: Freedom to Fascism is worth taking the time to watch, you can find it on Google video.

Thanks for your post, you are a courageous man to say this. I am not an agitator by any means, I am a pacifist. But for sure, there is a lot going on, that we, all peoples, do not know about. Many thought that the demonstrators at the G8 global conferences (once the G4), when they began, were just the usual bunch of rebellious students. Now more and more we are finding out that these demonstrators may be right. How is it possible that 8 governmental representatives of countries can control the monetary system in the world, without their peoples, that elected them, being informed of the outcome of these meetings. It is like a company never having their accounts audited.

Very true what you said Ladybird. And it's not just the US, all the major world banks are tied in together. Here in the US, Congressman Ron Paul from Texas is currently working on a bill that will force the Federal Reserve to open up for an audit. That would be a step in the right direction.

Yes I read about that, blooming good idea, think that should happen in ALL the G8 countries. After all it is our money we are talking about, that generations of voters have paid in taxes for many years.

I doubt it will go very far. I wonder if even Obama has access to it. Know what I mean?

Unfortunately Obama is part of the problem. He is part of the same corruption that has spawned our presidents for the last 40+ years. He is no savior and does not stand for any so called "change". Just look at all the issues he has flip flopped on since his campaign. It's ridiculous, and I can't believe anybody was gullible enough to buy his line of BS. The mere idea that you can spend your way out of financial problems is asinine. He's doubled the budget deficit in 6 months. I could go on and on, but too many people think he's great. Of course most people are just sheep.

The people never really know what goes on within any walls of power in any country. They forget we elected them to represent us.
