I paid $40 for my ihub from ebay. Free shipping and v1.4
I have been watching the price fall and fall.
I thought it was sighn that the stand alone fix was almost here but I might have been wrong.
What are we going to do with the ihub after the stand alone fix cooomes around?
What is it's legit. use?

Stand alone fix is too Dark right now... IKS is the best way to watch TV.

You are completely right ryobie. Very clever comment. It is thought/advised by someone in very high circles that they are waiting for the Hub sales to bottom out, then the fix will be released. This is not a rumour. It is all about $$$$$$$$$$$$$.

I am moving this thread into the General FTA News as it is news and not a rumour. I am also making it a sticky for us to keep an eye on, so we will see what transpires when the sales bottom out.

I don't know about that LB. If they have the fix they will just release the files over the IHUB rather then for all to see. It wouldn't be in their best interest to release a standalone if they can use the IHUB.

Think about it car. Many of us know that NAG3 was hard to crack. This gave those money boys a chance to grab your $$$$$$$$ for the Hub a Dub Dubs whilst they can. The prices, sales and interest in those Hubs are dropping, because of the server problems. Where can they go from there??? to make more $$$$..........
Thats why I have made this thread a sticky. The outcome will be most interesting and to quote one great guru, " It will be a very busy and exciting time". I also was beginning to wonder if we would ever see a fix, now I feel fairly certain we will.

It will be a big deal for any model that comes out with a stand alone. But they will rake it in via IKS until they can handle no more. My 2 cents.

I think team SV needs to figure out what they are going to do, and they need to do it fast. Many people are dissapointed in the stability of the server/ihub and many are losing faith. Hopefully they will get it together they were near untouchable during the stand alone N2 days with the bullet proof bin!
