Re: Sat 148......(vs pro)

That's a problem with 2 receivers trying run 148w or any satellite through that extra port in on the dish 1000.2

This problem has an easy solution.

That setup is going to require a dish pro LNB into the LNB in. One of the dual port DP LNBs, and not a twin. I will include a picture for you below.

If you turn one receiver OFF, you will get 148w on the one that is running. Then setup and scan this satellite. Then turn on the other one, and turn off the one that was working, and setup and scan that receiver for 148w. This is why I asked you to only setup and scan with one receiver at a time through your setup. I wanted you to concentrate on getting the other 3 satellites working, first, anyway.

When one receiver is using 148w, the other receiver can only use the opposite transponders the other one is using. For example, if you have one receiver on a Vertical TP channel, the other receiver will only be able to use the Horizontal TP channels.

Hope this helps !!

The reason we are asking is because we are a small site and all expenses are out of pocket. In order to maintain and keep the site running it costs lots of money for server costs, maintenance, etc. It's more than one can be obligated to pay and we hope you can find it in your hearts to help support this site so we can continue to give you great support.
