New Fortec Lifetime Ultra FLU - LZMA 2500 to 2700 Conversion LZMA Compression For Converted Boxes (Lothario's) PLEASE READ THE TXT INSTRUCTIONS in the .zip FILE VERY CAREFULLY C/P From Ukronic New -LZMA- NEW Compression For Converted Boxes -------------IMPORTANT READ OVER CAREFULLY------------- We have another type of compression used for the converted-boxes, this one is called LZMA, but not exactly do-able as a front display, and is still technically part (PUFF) so the name will remain the same to avoid most confusion. One difference being, after the new compression has taken... the display will now have a period with the last (F.) on the display to show that you have the new compression installed. As for the bin files themselves...they will have to be CLEARLY marked 256_LZMA_(PUFF.).bin or something of the sort. As always, if you are not absolutely sure, DO NOT use the bin. ****IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU KNOW HOW TO JTAG BEFORE FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH THIS**** ***FOR BOXES WITH B-75 or PUFF ALREADY INSTALLED*** **NOTE: BOOT60 IS NOT REQUIRED ** *FROM THE BRAIN OF MR.JVVH* How to load Using GTRom loader 27.02 (or equivalent), load up Lzma-boot-loth(PUFF.).bin(64k) with reciever displaying ON or a channel, hit the download button and should go in less the 5 seconds. -- Reboot -- Verify PUFF. PUFF. is shown on display. (notice the P U F F. P U F F.) [There is now a dot after the last F in the boot up P U F F. P U F F.] Once that has taken - using Blacklist Updater v1.4, load up the Lothario_256_LZMA_(PUFF.).bin (may have to set default keys with channel change 8282) Verify your 'settings' are correct. Enjoy! (Note - it takes a bit longer to turn ON due to the compression being different, but makes up for it in the amount of room that is made for future bins) I also included some new LZMA Backgrounds Quote:
