Fortec Lifetime Ultra FLU Full JTAG PUFF Conversion Kit

Here is a zip file that contains jKeys , Walls 2.2 , Pics of jtag hook up for Fortec-2500 and Pantec Receivers. Pic of DCU Peek error fix if walls dont work. Also contains Jvvh-Team-PUFF_261_(FULL JTAG)_Flash bin to get you converted to PUFF 1.0.1.

The Jvvh-Team-PUFF_261_(FULL JTAG)_Flash is the only flash you will need when jtagging.

Also included is the FortecStarSTB loader for serial loading afterwards when needed.

In Jkeys I recommend using the FS-Lifetime-Ultra for IRD Model even if your reciever is a Pansat 2500 or Pantec.

If you choose Pansat 2500 as IRD Model and after entering Flash Programming under "Single Location Programming" you will need to change Address to 7FE00000.

The Pansat 2500 IRD Model in Flash Programming will give you Address 7FEF0000 which is the wrong location and needs to be changed to 7FE00000. If it writes starting at Address 7FEF0000 it will look like flash write has completed but the receiver will still be dead due to having the wrong memory location.

How to Jtag using Jkeys and Walls:

Have reciever back switch OFF and unplugged from outlet.
Hook Jtag up to computer and reciever's board.
Plug reciever to outlet.
Turn reciever ON from back switch.
Open walls 2.2
Pusk OK on warning then minimize walls leaving it running in background.
Open jkeys.
Change IRD Model to FS-Lifetime-Ultra.
Click Flash Programming.
Push OK when Pop up box appears. (Do Not turn reciever OFF and ON).
Make sure under "Single Location Programming" Address 7FE00000.
Chip Sector is set to FULL.
Erase Flash 3 times.
Click Program.
Click YES when pop up box appears for programming address at 7FE00000".
Choose Fwank7_Jvvh-Team-PUFF_261_(FULL JTAG)_Flash.

After write is complete turn receiver OFF from back switch.
Unhook Jtag from receiver's board.
Put cover back on and receiver is now converted to PUFF 1.0.1.
