Re: how to get 110
You need a dish aimed at 110W. Which dish are you using for 119W ?? Sometimes you have the dish to get 110W and do not even know it. If you have a dish 500 with a twin LNB, let me know!! I can help you either set it up or readjust it to get 110W.

Re: how to get 110
I'm having problems trying to get ECHO 7 (DiSEqC #2) to work. However, I was able to get ECHO 8.10 (DiSEqC #3) working okay. Can anyone help me with getting ECHO 7 to work? Thanks.

Re: how to get 110
What problems are you having exactly, the channels come in but scrambled, or no channels come in at all? Was it working before and now all of a sudden nothing?

Thanks for responding Boboisno1. The channels come in but they are scrambled; they have never worked before.

Re: how to get 110
The switch might not be actually switching for you. If you put it on a channel from echo7 and if the receiver doesn't actually control the switch to make it use echo 7 you will get a scrambled message. You can try putting it in directly to the receiver bypassing the switch, or if you have a free spot on the switch move the lnb to it and change your antenna settings to reflect the change.
This might be a place to start and if it doesn't solve your problems let us know we have a few more things we can try. |

Re: how to get 110
boboisno1, i tried moving the 119 (ECHO 7) cable to a different LBN on the switch and did the configuration changes, but still get scrambled or bad channel message. when i removed the switch altogether and plugged directly to the receiver, i scanned and get the same channels as 110 (ECHO 8.10). is there a specific configuration for ECHO 7 when the 119 cable is connected directly to the receiver?
