Re: compliment

You are doing something terribly wrong!!!

Just kidding

Captain owners are not happy with the support that they are getting (or rather, not getting).

Do you have your LNB settings correct?
Any DiseqC Switch setting? or you use a cable from the Receiver straight to the LNB?

Please tell us a bit more about the way you have it setup so we can try and help you troubleshoot it.

Re: compliment

Put the latest bin file on your receiver with a USB stick.

What type of dish do you have? That receiver has a one touch setup.

Re: compliment

ok.. let's start in the begining... Before you set up Anything, you need to know the following information: 1. What type (name/brand/model) of dish you are using 2. What type of LNB you are using (model # is usually printed on the LNB) 3. Which Satellites you want to catch? 4. is your dish setup and pointed to the sky (to the satellite you want to catch) 5. what type of connection is between the dish and the receiver (just a cable from 1 LNB or you have a diseqC Switch that connects 2 or more LNB's to the receiver) Once this information is available, we can help and guide you through the setup process. Otherwise, is like shooting in the dark Every one of these items, if changed, has a different setup and requirements.
