Hi,

I know that we're down but before that I had problem loading all the channels. Some are always missing. Plus my USB port is not working. When I put it and try to follow the guide instruction it just initialize the USB port and that's it. Dosn't go to the USB files so I can choose the file to install. If anyone can help thanks.

as per the channel issue...

If you are missing channels, for the most part is one of two problems:
1. you scan the satellite when a channel is not available (like a sports channel that has no game at the time of the scan)
2. your TP settings are wrong so the box does not scan all the transponders, hence, missing channels

to fix that, double check your box satellite settings and re-scan, and do another scan for missing channels like sports etc... when they are live (like on Sunday for football etc...)

As per your USB...
this is a common problem and for the most part is easy to fix.
1. Copy all the files from your USB drive onto your computer (backup)
2. format your USB drive with FAT or FAT32 only
3. put the file(s) back on the drive

If that does not fix your USB, than you might need to load the latest bin file using a serial cable (the one that came in the box), or you might have a hardware malfunction in which case, you need to send it for service.

Try the suggested ideas and report back.

Thanks for the reply, I think from what you said it's a TP problem but how can i know what's thecorrect TP setting?
