hi all
i have a question i hope someone can help me with, i have a sonicview 4000, i live on the mainfloor of a house, my neighbour has the aprtment above me, i was wondering, if they got a receiver, how would we hook it up to run of my pan that i have outside, thank you

That is very neighborly of you.
We have to know which dish / LNB setup you have. If you have a Dish 500 w/ a Dish Pro LNB, just run another cable out from the other port of the LNB to your neighbor. If you hooked up the DiSEqC switch you got with your receiver to this LNB, you can remove it, as DP LNBs have DiSEqC switches built into them. If you have regular 18" dishes, then you need some dual LNBs. Let us know what you got, and if you are running any subcription boxes.

Well, if each LNB has 2 ports (connectors) you can just hook up the same way for your neighbor. If not, then you may have to get the LNBs with the dual ports out.
