Random Blackouts.. Help please!

I have an SV 8000HD and I have upgraded to the latest .bin file, though I seem to get random blackouts that, it would seem, no one else experiences. I am seeking help as to how to correct this issue.

I have hard booted my box, and restarted it multiple times, I am just seeking assistance, as to how to correct these black outs.

Re: Random Blackouts.. Help please!

We are still in the throes of an ECM. I would change channel to 200. Turn it off from the rear switch for like 3 minutes. Turn it on, wait for picture to come up and see if the problem goes away. If the problem does not go away, try writing the same file again via USB, and reboot it from the back after the file is reloaded and receiver reboots. This should work fine for DN.

Re: Random Blackouts.. Help please!

You could maybe unhook the cable coming in from the LNB when you power it off for the first time. You also should have specified which provider you are testing. That always helps.
