I would like to know that settings for sat 118.7 please, and I was also wondering

my cousin got a new setup, he replaced his 18" dish with a 33" dish with a different LNB, he can now reciver 119 and 121,
and I thoguht you were soppose to scan for 118.7 not 121

because on 121 on his cw600p he got the exact same channels for 118.7, so are you soppose to scan 121? or 118.7

ohh ya, I also checked his sat list and Anik F3 wasent there only echo 9 (121W) was there

does this depend on the reciver? or are you soppose to scan echo 9 (121W)?

no its not me, my cousin is using that setup and I want to know if your soppose to scan 121 if 118.7 is not there

look it says 121 will go down, but my cuz got 118.7 channels and he got 121 scanned, does it matter? because remember he doesent have Anik F3 on his sat list

Depends on the receiver and what he did to scan 121W. He may have inadvertently scanned 118.7W. He may have to compare what he got to the data on the Lyngsat website. You can get channels on a Viewsat from 118.7W using Echo 9 from the list. This also depends on the satinfo file in this case.
