How To Change Capacitors On Pansat 3500SD 3500S 3500

If your Pansat 3500 is having these issues and you racked your brain trying to figure it out...

Well, this is how to fix it.

Symptoms:
You will have 99% Level and 0% Quality. You know your dish is pointed correctly. Signal will be good, and then suddenly drop to 0% Quality unexpectedly at times. (No heavy wind, rain, snow, etc.) Other receivers work fine on the same setup.

No video is displaying.

Constant pixalization of picture.

Receiver makes noise.

Diagnosis:

The problem more than likely is 2 capacitors are blowing or blown. C-13 and C-14. They are located on a smaller gold circuit board that connects to the power supply. They will be bulging up. The normally flat capacitors will be domed slightly, be rounded or swollen at the top.
