Hi, That same thing happened to me last night and what I did was scroll up to a higher on the channel list to a channel that will come up ,then scroll back to the channel I want, scrolling one channel at a time.
It looks as though they might cut us off today because even my viewsat is starting to freeze |

Yes without a doubt, something weird is happening, I have also has the occasional freeze over the past few days on my Viewsat.

I have that problem with my pansat 2700 every time I hard reboot it lost the keys, I write keys manualy and it is fix.
Keys 00 70-55-e3-0c-9b-ff-cb-42 de-cc-83-f5-e8-ad-ef-73 looks autoroll is slow. |

Manually entering keys will work.
The best way to get your Pansat receiver working again might be to Set the Default Key. To do this, you enter 8282 like entering a channel number. This will bring you to the Key Menu area. Then hit OK on Set Default Key near the bottom. Exit out, and wait for picture to return. This will get the Autoroll routine built into the bin file running again.

i used the latest 3500 file and its not working. is it down? i went back to the 090122 and this seems to work. please confirm.

MY PANSAT 9200 IS WORKING FINE--LUCKY FOR ME. I DID HAVE TO DO THE 8282 AND SET DEFAULT LAST WEEK THOUGH

My 3500 SD has been acting up since about 2 weeks. Every time I start it, it shows scramled or bad channel for nearly half an hour. If I don't switch off, it works fine, but if I re-start the minimum wait is 30 to 60 minutes for it to show any channels. I did do the 8282 but it didn't help. What is wrong with my box and how can I fix it? Thanks.
