box stuck in "ON" showing in lcd

I had V316 loaded and channels were fine and then I was in the middle of sorting my channels by TP order when my box froze. I switched off/on from back and in the display shows "b-80" for a few seconds (like it should) and then flashes "-80-" and then shows "ON" and stays there and never gets past this after numerous reboots. No signal to tv and null modem cable can't even communicate while receiver is in this "ON" position. Does the receiver have a hard reset somewhere on the box or anybody know what to do? I can't see how sorting my channels could have screwed up the box. Thanks!

So nothing happen if you press the Power button on your remote when the receiver is ON?

Just load the factory file with your cable.

Power your receiver OFF from the back, connect your cable from Computer to receiver,Open the Loader,Select the Factory file then click Start or Download. Now power ON your receiver from the back and see if it downloads.
