I'm not sure why my pansat 3500SD is not working with the latest bin files.
I havent had it that long but, I have done this several times without any issues. Now, when I load the latest bin I only get a minimum amount of channels. It takes forever to look for the channels I do get. Another thing that really bothers me is the channel guide. Is there any way I can rename or put certain channels in order? What I'm I doing wrong?? Re: What I'm I doing wrong.
make sure you either know or write down your antenna settings, a factory default will erase them also.

Re: What I'm I doing wrong.
Blacklist has recently went over the DiSEqC settings in the latest bins, and added some features. All you need now is more dishes and a 16x1 DiSEqC switch. LOL
I would write down your settings if you do not know them. Do a Factory Reset. (Menu -> Factory Setting) Setup your Dish Antennas again. (Menu -> Installation -> Antenna Setup) Exit and Save on each one. The best way to scan for channels on your receiver is using Bilnd Scan. After that, to renumber your channels on a Pansat, Hit the SAT button, select your provider package, and then a box will pop up. Pick any channel there and Hit Ok. This will then put the channels in order. Make sure you have your Time Zone set right. While you are there, you might as well Renumber Locals by entering your local State and City. This will get you back up with all channels. EPG will then work. The Pansat EPG only reads in 2 hours. Hit the Power button on the remote to turn the receiver Off for a second, then turn it back On again, and the EPG will refresh for 2 hours again. Hope This Helps !!
