6000 hxc hdd
I have a 6000hxc, and when i connect it to my computer to update with the most current file it says the hard drive has malfuntioned. I have read on a few other sites that it needed to be formatted for fat32. can some one tell me what this mean and how to do it or is this hard drive toast or what... plz help

If you can see the Hard Drive on your computer in Windows Explorer, just Right Click it and Choose Format. Choose FAT32 in the File System option and Click Start.
