Latest DN and BEV ECM Fix

Not sure if it is clone safe, so if you have a clone, use at your own risk, of course. For Pansat 3500S and 3500SD users with TIVO units. This bin file has the HUGHES / TIVO IR codes incorporated into it for you.

Pansat 3500 407T bin file with Tivo IR codes was tested and working great.
