Hi Ram and welcome, thank you for wishing to donate, I am sending you a pm with alternate ways to donate. Also I am sure this problem you have with PR not being listed will be investigated.

Ram,

I have looked into this and on the billing page when you go to the box that asks you for your state scroll right down to the end of the list past the W. Third from the very end of the list is PR, for Puerto Rico. Good luck and after you donate it may take a day or two for your status to be adjusted, then you will become a VIP member with access to all the extras and ensured access to the site during busy periods.
