Those of you that have been through this will understand when I say I have a new zest for life. I do wish you to forget about that roof....let the young man handle it. As for yourself, a great deal of stress free rest and relaxation. You most assuredly are in my prayers and Catholic priests pray no less than seven times a day, not including all of the little private prayers said during the course of the day.

you must do a lot of resting.i felt realy good after my stents but i was told to do nothing for six to eight weeks.i tried to do little thigs but no can do .i dont wont to go back in their again so now do nothing.so do as they we want you arount for a long time yet and no bacon.

I have to say I am very scared and nothing much scares me. The pain went on for hours A neighbour called me out for help. Something had happened to his wife. I ran up the hill and saw them operating resusitation, but I could see she was already dead after I did the tests. Her lips were turning blue. Nothing could have saved her. Then I had a massive heart attack. (The original brain fracture and hematoma I had damaged my heart). Can you believe that? the doctor and paramedics I had called out took me to the clinic instead of her

Do not be afraid. After all you have someone walking with you who can handle anything. He is always with us -- even to the ends of the universe and the universe is a very big place.

I am scared I wont survive the op. There is only one surgeon here in the Capital that does stents, and the waiting list to see him is long. I cannot have a by-pass because I have had a previous clot, the Hematoma. No surgeon will do that op on a clotter.

Has anyone of you had a stent in your coronary artery? If so I have some questions please.

I am so grateful for all your prayers, I feel the light, believe me. The power of prayer is very strong. I really do not know why though so many such serious things happen to me and I am still here.
I have seen many evil people in my career and nothing ever seems to happen to them.

I have have had 9 stints 4 in the left decending coronary artery & 5 in the right accending coronary artery. I promise you will feel better than you do right now the very next day after you have the procedure.

My mom has a stents in the aorta 12 years ago - overdue for a replacement.
She's 83 and still kicking at the gym and driving like a maniac

All at the same time???????????????? or at different times?

I have the angina pain every day so I would be glad of the stent asap

Can you explain please, do they put 1 in the blocked artery or more? Can it be done under local or does it have to be done under general? How long does it take for the op. How long does it take to be up and around back to normal? Thanks Oscar
