No problem. I put the 209 on before the 1.4 should I put it on again. the ipconfig is there but says not ready, not been ready all day since I did the wiznet and 209 and 1.4

Maybe I should go and get a router if this is what I need beekerman says aD-Links or Linksys. I like to keep it simple. if these will work I will go to wall mart and get one, I asume I will need cable to connect these. hopefully it will come with it.

Okay. The only way I could get "not ready" was by unpluging hub and pressing ip config. Check the hub connector (the 9 pin) males on the receiver. You said earlier it was loose?

It appears the receiver is not seeing the hub.

ok I have really scewed things up now I put 209 on again now I have lost ipconfig and adapter not connected is coming up now. what a day

after putting in 209 it rebooted and said adapter not connected. then manualy rebooted said network adapter connect 1 but ip config still NOT READY

no. Go back to my post about config. it's like three back or something.

From now on you use the remote for the stb receiver to put in the particulars. remember menu ip config DHCP etc.

You have to use WIZNET on your computer to put 1.4 on the iHUB while it's plugged into the receiver.
