SV 8000 will only get quality on 119 of 47 and strength of 68 and will only scan 24 local stations on 119 on tp 12224. All other tp are 0 and it will find no other satellites. External module shows built-in tuners and external q module. It looks like the receiver is mess up?

Have you tried re-pointing the dish?

I tried pointing at 110 and 119 now even 119 has no strength on any transponder

Hmm, so you aren't getting any S? If that's the case check all of your cable ends are snug and secure and the cables themselves for any damage.

If you aren't getting any Q on any tp's then we have a pointing issue.

Check Satellite Finder / Dish Pointing Calculator with Google Maps | DishPointer.com for proper pointing settings.

Also make sure that your settings are correct for your switch/LNB setup.

I took the 8000 to my friends house who has strong strength. Still the same thing. No strength. We reset everthing.

if you have the 8psk card in it, disconnect it inside and check strength again.... if this card goes bad, you get no signals... had that issue on mine...
